Complete Intake Form
Return here and fill out the client intake form so Attorney Hawkins can prepare for your consultation.

Attend Your Consultation
You'll receive a video or phone conference link via email. In-person meetings are also available — select your preferred format when booking.

Consultation Fee

$250

Collected at the time of booking via Stripe. This is a standalone fee for the initial consultation and is not applied toward any future retainer or legal services agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment: $100 fee charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours: full $250 fee forfeited.
No-shows: full $250 fee forfeited. No exceptions.
All fees are automatically charged via Stripe.
